Fitness Training – What you can expect.
Fitness evaluation: Ready to enjoy improved flexibility,more energy, less stress in your neck, back and knees, and greater core strength? Together we’ll see what can be improved and design the fitness program that fits you—without risk. Starting out: it’s not what you do, it’s how you do it. In terms of human architecture,form follows function. So, I take a strong stand on posture, balance, and educating you on the proper form.Your training will start with making your weak points stronger, improving your posture and getting you in the groove of fitness without strain or injury. That way, you won’t burn out or hurt yourself. But you will realize maximum results and a boost in energy and self esteem. Keeping it going: You’ll learn how to work with your own body weight with resistance exercises to strengthen your muscles, ligaments, tendons and bones. We’ll also do floor exercises, strength training and have a ball—the kind you train with as well as the kind that makes you laugh. We’ll use varied strategies for cardiovascular training and range of motion training. And of course,we’ll talk about nutrition and how to get to the other side of stress. Enjoying the rewards: You’ll start to feel energized and notice improved overal strength, less joint pain, improved posture, lower blood pressure, less back pain and more self esteem.
