Personal Coaching—What can you imagine?

As your fitness trainer, I’ll continue to show you things in the gym, but you need more support than just an exercise ball. Since I’ve benefited greatly from personal coaching myself, I have made the decision to offer this powerful component to my clients. So I have trained and become a wellness coach. In this role, we will be partners for weekly phone sessions in which we work together to develop the understanding and behaviors that produce the lifestyle you imagine for yourself -- with consistency and joy.
